To receive special pricing for educational affiliation, we will need one of the following, sent via hard copy, FAX, or e-mail:
-Purchase Order with the name of the institution. PO should clearly state both billing and shipping address.
-Copy of Faculty or Student ID card.
-Letter from a Department chairperson or administrator on official letterhead.
